WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

I'm here to help you know yourself more fully, connect with others more intimately, and live life more meaningfully. I work with a variety of concerns including acute and complex trauma, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, coping with chronic and terminal illness, and intimacy, identity, and sexuality. Additional specialties can be found below. When working with me, you will experience a warm, curious, and emotionally attuned space where you can share your story, find symptom relief, and begin to heal and move forward in your life.

The foundation of my work is relational psychodynamic and I use elements from other evidence-based approaches as needed to meet you where you are at. Our time together will allow you to know yourself better and lead to change, whether you are seeking immediate symptom relief or longer-term transformation. Click here to learn more about my approach.

Please reach out with questions you have about me or my practice, or to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This conversation will help us determine whether we might be a good fit for one another before beginning therapy.
